Please read our delivery information & policies carefully as not all delivery locations will suit our delivery methods.
At Three Counties Composites we will endeavor to deliver your order on time and within our estimated timescale. Please note however, this can NOT be guaranteed as we often us third party carriers & haulers in which problems can occur that are unfortunately out of our control. THREE COUNTIES COMPOSITES LTD are therefore not liable or responsible for any costs or delays that may be incurred as a result of this. We do NOT encourage for installers or builders to be booked until after the goods have arrived.

Vehicle Type & Unloading Procedure
Depending on the size & weigh of your order one of two delivery method will apply. Small parcel deliveries will be fulfilled via our trusted carriers, largest vehicle being 7.5 ton. The parcel will be delivered within 1 - 3 business days, carried from the vehicle and left at your desired location also requiring signature on delivery.

Pallet deliveries will be unloaded via pallet truck and thus the importance of the delivery location / ground condition. The pallet truck will only be able to operate on a flat, level and solid surfaces which is free from grass or gravel. Pallet deliveries may be curbside however, this is the curriers service and it is at the drivers discretion on whether goods are left curbside or on your property. Deliveries can be made between the hours of 8am to 6pm
Access to your propriety
Please ensure that the delivery vehicle will fit down your road or the road approaching your property before you request a delivery. The smallest vehicle used is 7.5 tone ranging up to 18 tone.
Please make sure that the route to your chosen delivery address has no weight restrictions, is free from low hanging branches or obstacles, including parked cars which may cause damage to, or obstruct delivery vehicles. Goods will be placed as near to your property as the driver deems safe, pallet deliveries may be curbside however, this is down to the courier service and it is at the drivers discretion on whether goods are left curbside or on your property.

If the goods fail to meet the above criteria it may result in the collection being refused or alternatively the goods being held within the depot, causing a delay with your consignment.

If you have a minimum opening width of 3m access the vehicle may be able to gain access but this is not guaranteed. If the driver considers your access unsuitable for whatever reason they are within their rights to refuse to unload or leave it as near as possible to the required destination.
Goods Returns
PLEASE NOTE: - Composite Centre Ltd must be notified within 3 days of delivery on any damages or discrepancies in writing to; info@compositecentre.co.uk to continue the returns process.
We accept returns on un-used products within 14 days of original purchase, with a full money back guarantee providing successful re-inspection of the goods.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return delivery. We also suggest that customers take photos prior to dispatch and insuring the products for return, in case of damage in transit.
All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Please note we inspect all products before customer collection & local deliveries. Therefore, we do not offer returns on goods that have been damaged in transport via customer on collect or damaged after our internal delivery service.

We also inspect all third-party carrier deliveries before collection. If you find any damages upon delivery, please be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible as the declaration on any damaged goods on third party carriers can vary depending on the service provider.
